Local Pocatello Man Is Competing In Finals;
Wow, one of our local residents, where I currently live made the finals. Darrin Allen, 36, and 199 others are headed for Nashville. Where they will sing in front of record label executives for the "Nashville Star" reality show.
Darrin was born and raised in Chubbuck/Pocatello area of Idaho. He began singing professionally just four years ago. Darrin says he likes songs that tell a story. However, not the kind that is the cry in the beer type of song. More about the good things in life.
We wish you luck Darrin. It would be great to see someone from Pocatello take the stage on the Nashville Star this season. My best to you!
